H & V Collision did a beautiful job on my car after a moose accident. It literally looks brand new. And their repairs are guaranteed for the life of my car. They were courteous, prompt and professional, working with my insurance company to make everything much easier for me. They kept me informed of the daily progress of the repairs on my car and they answered all my questions fully when I called. They walked me through all the steps they would be taking. They made me feel like my car was my family...and it is!!

I was a bit upset that you did not except cash at pick up. It's sad to any nine states of America if you work hard and save and actually have money to pay for something that it is not excepted. However you did accept a check which is interesting because no one except the check today that must mean you have money to pay for something. Otherwise everyone was exceptional. Ann in your Albany location is wonderful!! Josh in Schenectady was also very professional and accommodating. ALL of your employees have excellent manners which is to be commended by ownership. As the owner of a successful business myself it is my pleasure to see such excellent attributes employees which is again a complement to leadership and ownership.
