It did take longer than originally expected but I was given updates in a timely manner. After I'd picked up my car, I noticed a loud flapping noise coming from the driver's side where the repairs had been made. My car needed a clip attached underneath the bumper and this was done very quickly.

Nice job. Good communication. The only problem I had was with my rental car from Enterprise. The RAV4 I felt had a huge flaw! The view out the rear-view mirror was ridiculous. I had to remove the 3 headrests in the back to get a reasonably good view. Also, but not so important, the radio was awful. 10 miles out of town and the reception started to fail! This has never happened in any car I've ever had.

The process took way to long. How do you get a damaged bumper? How in the world does my tire blow up while sitting in the shop while not being worked on? So them I'm forced to buy two tires before I can take my car home. I'm then told at 10 am my car will not be ready until 4 or 5. I have to demand to speak to a manager so I can pick my car up at a reasonable time. Then I get my car and the bumper is missing the tow cap. How in tne world does this happen? The work was great and the car looks awesome but the in between period was horrible.
