Everyone did an outstanding job. Dave Fiore from Progressive was very polite and explained every step. It helped ease a stressful situation and I knew what to expect. The young lady at the front desk is very pleasant and answered all my questions and when I went to pick up my car, John walked me through what repairs were done and explained everything. The first two times repairs at Schaumburg Abra are completely NOT satisfied. Their repair quality is poor and They missed lots of things, even use tape to fix broken part. After escalating the issues to District Manager Alex and transfered work to Naperville Abra, the repair work is so far so good, but still haven't got the updated repair report yet. Alex is a very good manager!
