I was completely satisfied with my repair experience, John Harris did a magnificent job in explaining the entire process of repairing my 2016 Silverado. I was extremely pleased that John used an OEM bumper in replacing the damaged one. I purchased my Silverado new five months ago, so an OEM bumper was exactly what I wanted to keep my truck 100% OEM. Thanks John !! John and his team did an excellent job in repairing my truck, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.

Very professionally, and accommodating. I was dreading this experience (not at fault, drunk driver hit my parked car), but it was a fantastic one.
