The staff was very nice, but my experience was a bit confusing and the fact that my car was not ready when I was told that it would be was a big inconvenience. I received an email update stating that my car was estimated to be done Friday evening. Then I got a phone call saying that it was going in to be washed and detailed Friday evening and would be ready for pick up Saturday. I was fine with that, as I realize the email message was only an estimate. I told the person that I spoke with that I had to work Saturday, so I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Monday morning. Monday morning I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I was confused. If it went in for wash and detail already Friday evening, and was supposed to be ready on Saturday, then why wasn't it ready Monday morning? I was told that they changed the priority because I had told them I wouldn't be picking it up until Monday. That made no sense to me because it was supposed to have been finished two days prior regardless. Not only did I have my fianc miss work that morning because he had to drive me out there, (as it turned out for no reason), I had to arrange for other transportation and was late to work myself.

I really appreciate the clarity provided on what to expect at each step, the regular email updates and finally the associate waiting for me almost until the closing time. Really appreciate this! Thank you so much. I hope I never have to return for repairs but if I have to I will choose ABRA without any doubt.

I had a good experience with Abra. I'm satisfied with the results. Upon pick up my car was washed. Even rinsed off my all weather floor mats in my car. I was please upon pick up of my car. Ja'Shar offered exceptional customer service. He explain the entire process with good detail and made a follow-up call as promised discussing with me new details as well as confirming things we had discussed already. He welcomed my call if I had any questions and I felt like his efforts were genuine. He has a way with people. I would definitely recommend Abra autobody.
