When I arrived at the offices I was greeted by a young lady who had a genuine smile and all the paperwork prepared. The gentleman went outside with me to look at the car and with minutes came back from their overall evaluation of the damages onsite. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They constantly asked if we needed anything. I think this all happened within 10-15 minutes.

ABRA is a shining example of how it business should be run. Customer service gets an A+, repair appears to be excellent. The reveals all lined up perfectly, the paint is factory quality. My car had a significant amount of damage to it, roughly $8000 and it’s virtually impossible to tell that this car was in an accident at all.
