I couldn't have been more pleased with the way my car repairs were handled from the estimate to the completion of the repairs and the follow-ups in-between. The staff was friendly and professional, and my car looked good as new if not better than when I brought it in for repairs. The only suggestion I would offer is to make sure the customer is informed of the washing/waxing limitations when the car repairs include a paint job. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up the car and had I not called and inquired after I got home I wouldn't have known "touchless" car washes only for 30 days and NO wax for 90 days. Other than that the service was excellent.

Great service. Great Customer Service. Great repair on my Escape which was only a month or so old. Dave and the Staff at the Arlington Hts Shop behind Arlington Hts Ford are the Best and make you feel like you have known them for 20 years First Class operation and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I am completely satisfied and they made my unfortunate accident make it like it never happen. Their the Best

Dave was very helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my car there to get fixed. Dawn was also kind enough to give me a ride to pick up my rental car. My car looked like it has just come out of the showroom. It is shiny on the outside as well as on the inside. I am completely satisfied. We have a truck that needs some body work.
