John was very helpful and informative throughout the entire repair process. ABRA was able to complete my repair in less time than the initial estimate and I was updated early on that my vehicle would be ready ahead of schedule and I was able to pick it up the day after I dropped it off. My bumper and fog lamp look as good as on the day I drove my car off the lot! Extremely satisfied both with the repair and the service I recieved from both John and Valerie. It was also very convenient that Enterprise is in the same building so I was able to have a rental ready to go.

Bottom piece below bumper looks bad. Not sealed up right. He said he can fix tomorrow. I'll have to come back . And he was not there when I arrived at Office., 30 minute wait to pick up car. Said he had todo a test drive, took long time. Someone should have been in office.
