I asked for a bid on damage on the trunk. Steve gave me an estimate and I agreed to get it fixed, knowing I would pay for it and the insurance would cover the other estimate. Abra had my car for a week, sent many updates by text and phone but never once asked if I did or did not want the trunk repaired. I assumed it was getting repaired until I came to pick it up and it was not. 8-(
