I thought Shawn was amazing to work with. He kept me posted and was very calming even though some days I called a little agrivated. He never was short with me and never seemed to be bothered by me. I also think the quality control department is awesome. The found a few things that weren't quite right, and kept my car to fix the issues. Very grateful for that. Lastly my car was returned in perfect condition and beautifully detailed! Very nice touch. Thank you! I would recommend you to anyone needing body work.

Took 11 days for a three day repair. Left my car on Monday and they didn't look at it until I started calling( was told in Monday that they would all me with a final amount) never got that call so on Wednesday I started calling finally got an adjusted amount 2,050 on Thursday. At that time they said probably Monday .. Called Monday to get a call back to tell me tues maybe.. Got a call Wednesday at 4:45 telling me that it was done not enough time to get there in traffic so I picked up Thursday and the bill was around 2,500. The repair was fine the fumes in the car remain been driving around with windows open -seems to fine. I had complained to State Farm and was supposed to get a credit to my rental car bill. Hertz Billed 308 my credit card for rental for which I have no receipt and I have not seen a credit. Left s message for hertz mgr and waiting on a call back.. The big excuse was that people were sick, for which I had some simpathy, but come on they did not see me as a priority and I honestly think that if I hadn't bitched it would still be there... This will teach me to be a better driver...

So far so good. Shawn kept me informed of the progress of my repair, even though I was on vacation. Shawn was polite, informative and helpful. The receptionist is a great representative of your company with her smile, warm welcome and friendly conversation. Sorry, I did not meet anyone else but they must be equal in quality because of the atmosphere. As a sideline, this email was addressed to Steve, my husband. Should have been addressed to me, Nancy Dalaskey. Oops. If ever needed, I will return. I will also highly recommend Abra and your fine service.

Very happy. This has been by far the Greatest repair I have ever had on my car. Know keep in mined Iam 73 and have had a lot of repairs in my life time. I traveled for a living so I had some fender benders. The team at ABRA were Great and very understanding. Shawn was by far the Best person I have ever work with. He did everything he said he would. As a company you should be proud to have these people working for you. I can see why State Farm ranks you number one. I personal will tell everyone who needs a car repaired ABRA is the place.
