When enterprise let me down your people picked up the phone and contacted hertz for me and got what I needed. That was the start of my experience with Abra and it stayed that good till the end. When I needed to get my SUV that night they jumped right on it just as the last part was delivered to meet my needs again. My SUV was cleaned inside and out which I did not expect. I am a return customer having another vehicle that was in need of your services. You were awesome last time and the work still looks beautiful almost 3 years later so I went with you again and I'm glad we did. They not only were extremely pleasant and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we not only were returned nothing less than perfection to also helping us find information on our current situation and another repair we need to get done to ensure we get the best end all product/all info needed.Obviously, this helps us make the most informed decision and I never have felt rushed,pushed, or "sold" to. They made it a very seamless process to what was already stressful and the repair is beautiful. We appreciate everyone's time and energy into this. Couldn't ask for more!
