I have an extensive customer service back ground and understand the importance of quality customer service. Abra auto body and glass completely went above and beyond my expectations. I called many auto body shops on Tuesday and was turned off by the unprofessionalism until I called Abra. They got me in Wednesday, , reserved me a rental, and had my bumper on my Lexus repaired, painted and ready to go Thursday at closing. Talk about under promising and over delivering, exceptional.
