From good customer service to outstanding work. Everyone was on que, however from a management point of view I saw how everyone had a title and a specific duty. For the sake of morale and skill strenghtening can you cross train your people. ****/wetsander/welder/clerk/ just to build evryones skills up. Other than that just saying it as a management type I was shocked to see this. I belive your supervisor and supervisor hands have enough cross training to know each job. just think about it.
