The people were great - polite. However your software used to verify personal checks leaves much to be desired. Both my checking accounts have balances well over 5000 dollars each yet your check cashing software verification would not allow me to pay by check Very frustrating to your customers. Even with my bank on the phone talking to your team there was no procedure to allow my checks to be used. 250 deductible check

I was told to come and pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving I was told I have to come back and wait for the vehicle to be completed. I am frustrated that they did not just keep the vehicle the additional day.
