Very fast service and courteous staff

Trunk is not closing as smoothly as before the damage. Took far longer than it should have. Cost me 359 in rental car expense. Felt my time was not valued. I never expect to have my drivable car in the shop waiting for parts when I have to pay for a rental. Give me the car back until they come in.!

The car was repaired quickly and the efficiently; it looks like it did before the accident, they also did a beautiful job cleaning my car. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you so much!

Very professional staff. I received about an email a day with the status of my "repair". Our vehicle looks brand new, because it is well... brand new, but thanks to Abra they kept it looking that way. Overall great experience and stress free working with them! Very highly recommended

When I first checked my car in I spoke with the gentleman who mentioned the molding above the grill would be covered and painted as well. So I was under the impression that the bumper, grill and that the molding would be repaired. When picking up my truck I noticed everything was repaired and painted other than the molding which we discussed when dropping off my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed everything was repaired except the molding. When asking why that wasn't also repaired a different gentleman said it was "part of the hood and not part of the grill and bumper", clearly not what was discussed when initially dropping off my vehicle. I must say the work that was completed looks great, but I'm disappointed that the molding wasn't repaired when it was discussed from the get go and I was under the impression it was going to be done as well.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They explained every step of the process and I felt totally comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend others or bring my next repairs here.

I had my car in for a replacement side mirror I thought it would take several hours and I would pick car later in day but to my surprise I got there at 7:50am and was on my way home with repairs done at 8:15 I couldn't believe if thanks for job well done
