I appreciate all the personal attention from Kim **** and her colleagues for keeping me informed of the details and process of getting my car repaired. I was thankful for all the help of all my questions and concerns by Kim and her colleagues, because even if Kim was busy or not available, her coworkers were there to help me with any questions I had or issues that arose. Everyone was very helpful through out the whole process. Thank you all for your time, patience, and support.

The customer service is great. I was kept up to date with progress of repairs. It looks like the body work where the deer hit my car was done well. (I don't know enough about body work to say differently). But at two different occasions after the requested body work was done, my car was scratched necessitating additional repairs. I am pleased that Service King offered to perform those repairs at no additional cost and apologized but it still took additional time after my repair. It makes me think that if something could happen twice while in their care, that their employees are careless regarding making sure no additional damage occurs. I don't want to say I was less than satisfied but the Service King issue was more of a hassle than the actual incident that necessitated the original repairs.
