I received messages throughout the repairs, and any questions I had was answered in a very professional manner. The whole staff was friendly, however Chuck went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was at it's best. Service King is the best choice for collision repairs because all the help you need is there making the process easy. Thanks for everything.

Most everything was great. My only issue is that the portion of the inside truck bed that was replaced was painted. The remainder of the inside of the bed was not. There is a sharp contrast between the new and the old. This makes it obvious that there was repair work done. If you repaired a door, wouldn't you paint the entire door, or just the repaired area?

Do better estimates. 850 was the estimate but pay off was over 3000. Maybe a little closer look at the car instead of just photographing it may get you closer to the real repair cost. But if USAA doesn't mind then who am I to complain.
