I just want to thank you very much for such a great job. I was also thankful that you went the extra mile to clean my poor mats inside. Always having grand kids spilling something but you cleaned them and for that I am truly grateful. I have used your company before and I have never been disappointed ????

After a small discrepancy with the grilles, Fix employees went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction with their work. Although I hope I never need their services again, I would not only enlist their services in future repairs, I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

There is great communication as far as status of repair is through text messages. Also, Regina at front desk is very nice and efficient. She is organize with paperwork and knows what's going on with my car everytime I talk to her. She also make efforts that I didn't wait long during drop off and pick up. The guys also came in timely to go over damages when we dropped off car for the actual repair. The quality of repair done is excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It's very stressful to deal with this situation, so thank you for a smooth process.
