Considering I was in there for an unfortunate event, I really appreciated the ease of obtaining any information regarding my vehicle i.e. estimated date of repair completion, rental assistance, transportation assistance, follow-up/progress updates. It is also a huge plus that this shop was on our AAA insurance's preferred list of auto body shops AND they are Toyota trained certified. The staff seemed very professional yet welcoming.
