Thank you for doing a great job at repairing my Forester. I especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff - especially Travis who helped me when I got in and called to fill me in on what was going on and also Melinda for staying a bit past closing to allow me to pick up my car because I was running late and not making a big deal about it. You both went the extra mile and I really appreciated it! Thank you!! :)

Everyone was pleasant to deal with, the work was done in a timely manner,and done very well. My car has never looked better - or cleaner inside and out! Everyone was was very friendly and helpful. I was provide frequent updates on the status of my car, and it was fixed in a timely manner. I couldn't even tell there was ever damage!

Your team did great. You were able to fit me in the very next day, after I called for service. The turn-around time of my vehicle was faster than I expected. I appreciated the text updates. Finally, my vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off!

The only thing I could complain about is this location often underestimates the time to completion. I would rather have a farther out estimate with the possibility of doing better, than a short time estimate with added days.
