Had work done there before and liked the experience so i chose to use them again and was not disappointed. I've never had repairs done using an insurance claim after an accident before and Abra Coon Rapids made the experience as pleasant as i could imagine. I have and will recommend them to others.

Car was supposed to be done a week ago due to insurance it was reassigned to be done on Tuesday ok fine but then it wasn't done tell today Friday 2 weeks is way too long

The adjuster was amazing and the delivery time for completion and repairs was great. The only problem I had was the customer service with the lady at the front desk when dropping my vehicle off. She was rude and acted like I was interrupting her day. Her attitude was much better when I picked the vehicle up but I almost didnt leave my vehicle there because of her. First impressions are everything.

Lisa and Chris were both fabulous. I can't believe how smooth and convenient the entire process went. We also really liked the fact that you cleaned the entire car inside and outside after repairs. What great customer service. Wow. (And the car looks great too.)
