I really liked that ABRA kept me informed on a day to day basis regarding the progress of repairs on my car. I didn’t have to wonder how long it was going to take or what was going on with my car. The text messages allowed me to work without being **** on the phone during this process.

My car looks like new. The whole process was very simple. I liked that Jeff took me through exactly what needed to be done to my car and the estimate he gave me was spot on.
