I chose Abra Auto Body Repair as it was close to my residence. I've never come across such a high level of customer service before. I must say Stan Lynch did a great job with my vehicle. He explained the process and the time it would take for repairs. It looks brand new and is running like one! He even offered to drop off the vehicle at my workplace/residence to make it easier for me. I'll definitely recommend Abra to one and all.

Fixing the car was fast and convenient for us. However, your customer service was very bad when we called the first time to take our car. Your secretary answered the our phone call and she was very rude with us. Personally I won't come back to do bussiness with your shop because of that.

The repairs seem to be well done. The car looks great on the outside. Now the bad news. It took a very long time to get my car back. The car sat in the lot for two weeks before anything was done. I called and that finally got things moving. It took three more weeks to get the car fixed - for a total of 5 weeks. I was told the car was going to be done on Friday of memorial weekend. It was not ready until after the weekend. I am missing the jack for my tire. The back of the rear fold down seats are dirty and have black grease spots. They were immaculate and always covered by a protective cover before I had the work done. Finally, the car was returned with an empty gas tank and the light on. I had over $13k in repairs to my car that took 5 weeks and you gave me the car back with no gas! I don't think that's how you should treat your customers.

Had some trouble with the insurance agency that was supposed to be handling my case. Lucinda did everything in her power to get ahold of the insurance agency to get me a rental car. Once we finally got that all settled, she kept me updated every couple of days and if I didn’t answer, she left a voicemail. When I came into the shop, to drop off and pick up, everyone was very welcoming. And don’t get me started on the amazing work they did! I am in awe! Thank you so much Abra for amazing customer service and beautiful work on my car!

despite the fact that I asked multiple times to contact me and not my husband, my husband was the only one contacted about my car. I was told I would receive constant updates and after about two weeks I only got an update when I called. In fact, this survey was sent to my husband as well as the "your car is finished" text. Also, I am LIVID that my car was returned to me with an EMPTY gas tank. It may not have been full when I brought it in but it wasn't EMPTY. I left the lot PRAYING that I could make it to the closest gas station to fill up.
