My vehicle repairs took significantly longer than needed, and the customer service experience with the representative I dealt with, Janine, was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the experience was so unprofessional I spoke with the Manager and provided a detailed complaint. I could not in hood faith recommend this facility based on this experience.

I was told that my key would be left in the center console of my car since I would not be able to pick it up while you were open. Instead my key was placed on the wheel and left outside all night where anyone could have gotten to it. Fortunately my car was not stolen, but it easily could have been.

I was very pleased with my experience. All the staff I encountered were very nice, they were informative and in my opinion efficient. I was always kept informed on progress through both phone calls and texts, which was awesome!
