The Abra team went above and beyond for my car and I could not be more satisfied. I was involved in a hit-and-run, and Abra made it more convenient than ever to take care of everything with my busy schedule. My car looks better than it did before the crash and way beyond my expectations. I will definitely spread the word and make sure my family, friends, and I all come to Abra for repairs in the future.

We have scratches on the car that were not on the car before we took it, looks like the car may have be washed could the scratches be from where they washed the car? We had towels down on the floorboards the one on the drivers side was gone. The repairman was not at the shop when the car was picked up to go over everything and to inspect it a lady signed off on the paperwork and the shiftlock cover interior was missing. If I had known this was going to happen I would have taken the car somewhere else this is a brand new car the quality of work should have been better

After my initial visit to the Abra shop, my phone calls were never returned by Nate, the assistant manager. Only after my father and I made several additional personal appearances in the shop, the general manager finally made progress on my warrant claim. I then had to wait two months for an available appointment. After the work was complete, which took almost double the estimated time, I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle. The employee who retreived my car brought me the keys and told me he wished he could inspect the body work on the vehicle with me, but he had no idea what work was done to the vehicle. I am pleased with the repairs at this point, however the poor customer service and lackluster attitudes among both employees and managers is alarming. Prior to being bought out by Abra, this collision repair shop was the best in my area. Several office staff from original company still remain, and they were helpful. Sadly, after successfully using this repair shop under its former ownership many times, I will be forced to look elsewhere for vehicle bodywork in the future now that Abra has taken over.

I teally appreciated the updates and everyone was SO nice and friendly. It all turned out to be a positive experience, despite the fender-bender that brought me there. And my car was crazy clean when I picked it up. That was totally unexpected and awesome. Thanks!

Great service. C My only concern is the dust throughout the vehicle. They made an attempt to vacuum the carpet and seats but barely wiped anything down. Spent 2 hrs cleaning it up.

Loved the coffee machine in the waiting room. Every one was very friendly.
