Overall the experience was good. People were friendly and kept in touch. Problem occurred when I got home and my wife pointed out that the edges of the panels facing inward to the car had not been painted in contrast to the factory parts which were.

Firstly, the exterior of the car was dirty and my belongings in the car were strewn around the back seat. Upon leaving the parking lot of Abra, I attempted to roll the windows down to air the paint fumes out of the car. A loud pop was heard from the passenger side window and the window stopped working. Since this occurred after 530 pm I was forced to leave the vehicle with the window down outside Abra. I left a note along with the key in the night drop. I requested in the note for someone to call me first thing. Since I didn't hear from anyone by 9 am I called. Brian answered my call with "we haven't looked at yet". I received no indication of contrition or responsibilty for my inconvenience. Even after expressing my disappointment, Brian again offered no apology or understandingof my inconvenience. Furthermore, I waited nearly 7 weeks to have my vehicle serviced by your shop due Abra being booked. It took another 2 and half weeks to have the vehicle partially complete. Partially due to the inability to find a window to replace the window damaged in the accident. The allegedly will not be available from anywhere in the world until January 2015. Abra was a preferred provider by USAA which is why I chose ABra. I have contacted usaa regarding this matter with the hope they will reconsider recommending Abra. To top it all off, I received no call from Abra even after the vehicle finished. My usaa called at the end the day on Friday to find out the vehicle finished. The adjuster then called me. She had no idea why I was not notified that the vehicles power window was now fixed. In addition to informing usaa of my experience I will be sure to share with my fellow military members and veterans how my experience went with Abra.

Truck was schedule for repairs even though one of the painters was out for annual certification. I had asked if truck could be done by end of the first week seeing I was initially told 6-7 days. Brian told me he would try do work it out knowing the other **** was out but did not relay that information to me until the end of the first week. It would seem like you guys would do a better job of scheduling knowing you're not going to have all of your personnel.

The work took much longer than anticipated. My driver side door was replaced - well done. However, the inside panel of the door is loose and they're are bubbles in the window tint film. My car was allowed to run for about an hour and a half for no reason - using my gas for nothing. Mainly, being without my car for two weeks for a four day job is my biggest complaint. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

ABRA was awesome! I loved the daily texts telling me my car was enjoying itself! The work was beautiful and they even called the car rental company for me.

Texts re status were not accurate. Only phone calls were up to date but I had to initiate at inconvenience. Discussed already with Gloria. Repair itself fine and other wise good experience as in past. No written survey provided at end as before. Drop the texts and provide accurate calls so people can plan better. Thanks

Tammy was absolutely fabulous and the car looks good. But there seemed to have been some miscommunication while Tammy was on vacation. Whoever was supposed to fulfil her role did not do a very good job.
