I have NEVER had a good experience with any automotive company....until Abra! I've always been taken advantage of, or made to feel uneducated from the mechanics I've dealt with in the past. But from the moment I stepped foot into the Abra lobby, I never thought for one second that my car could be in any better hands. The systems you have in place, materials given at the time I dropped it off, text updates...everything was spot-on. I will use you for ALL of my car care needs! THANK YOU!
