It was my intent to pick my vehicle the evening of March 23 , after having been out state. However, at ****:30 a.m. my attempt to retrieve my vehicle failed because the battery was dead. Very frustrating. Also, I have always received a written estimate of repair cost prior to consenting to the repair . I did not receive an estimate from your facility. Had it not been for the suggestion from my insurance company that I have repairs completed at your sho I would have given serious consideration to going elsewhere. Your charge is 1000.00 greater than tthe body shop in St Peter.
