I'm not sure what happened but I had to reset my clock and radio. Was there a reason for disconnecting the battery? Now I can't get my am stations.

Excellent customer service. Although repair was somewhat minor, service was not!! Brittany and adjusters were extremely personable and helpful. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for recommendations. Thank you.

Excellent customer experience. Well done! The only small miss was that I didn't know I could leave the rental car off at the shop. A very convenient arrangement that I would have utilized! Doesn't change the fact that I would still highly recommend the shop to anyone in need of a referral!
