bob worked personally with the progress of my car. I received about 3 different ETAs. unfortunately, I kept having to wait for my car to be finished but all for good reasons. he wanted to ensure absolutely nothing was wrong with the car because he refused to hand it over if there was. I'm glad he took the time to throughly make sure everything was in top shape, and even though I had to wait I have no complains about their service and updates. their customer service was excellent and they made sure I left happy, and with my vehicle nice and healthy again

I had a great experience with Fix Auto in orange. bob was very accommodating & easy to work with. they did an excellent job on my bumper. also the text updates that are sent is a very nice addition to the superior customer service experience the team at Fix Auto in Orange has provided me. The experience at the shop was what you would want it to be. The warm and friendly atmosphere was unbelievable. I had no doubt that I had selected the right shop to do the work on my car! Truly a pleasure doing business with you. U have a jewel of a front office staff. Bob and the lovely receptionist were wonderful. I will recommend friends and family your way. They will be as pleased as I was. The work to correct the dent is marvelous!
