The door handle had to be painted and the new cladding/mounding had to be repainted. The shop took care of the issues and took care of our rental.

staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Thelma was amazing. She made the whole process very easy. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car and it was complete way ahead of schedule. My car looks great. I would recommend fix auto to everyone.

My first contact was with Thelma on the phone - She was nice, professional as she answered all of my questions. Joe, the Manager and the one that did the Estimate and coordinated the repair of my car was excellent! Thank You Joe and Thelma! P.S. The Text Message and Email Status Updates were very helpful. As we're the phone calls from Joe when necessary.

The tailgate was not fixed and I wasn't told that the other insurance company questioned it until the very end. The other driver hit my car twice and only one area was repaired.
