Love the progress reports and updates. Finished product was excellent. Dealings with insurance simple. Love the little things, for example, programmed seats were still to my desired location and on and on. Little things make customers come back.

My bumper looks perfect again. I loved receiving updates via email letting me know the progress with the repair work. In addition to doing quality work, Brent went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to pick up my car when I overlooked Triangle Collision's closing time and arrived 30 minutes afterward. He delayed leaving work and then saw my text saying that I was there and brought my key to me! Thank you!
