I was very satisfied with my repair. I was especially surprised to see that the inside was cleaned. That was such a bonus. I think one area in improvement would be a better timeline of when the car will be ready. The status update emails weren't helpful at all and only told me an 'estimated' day and then when it was finished which gave me very little time to schedule in getting my car. Other than that I enjoyed my time there, you guys made this painless for me. Thank you!

I am satisfied with repair . only thing that i was worrying about is that when i talked to rj this morning he told me that wheel alignment was done vur when i was driving my truck to sanford and coming back today it felt like nothing was done. The truck still shaking like before getting repaired and right after accident.
