Triangle Collision is a professional body shop. Customer service is excellent. I was kept well informed of the process and schedule. The repairs are flawless. I spoke with Clint and Brent during the repair process and these two guys know customer service and organization. I'll use them again. Actually, I've used them for about twelve years and maybe two or three times a year.

The paint job on my F-150 roof really looks good. I had some pin stripe work from the last repair that was not address due to the person who does the pin striping wasn't available and the pin stripe material wasn't available. The work will be done at a later date.

I was taking advantage of your cash discount and was going to pay by personal check. Despite being a repeat customer. You refuse to accept my check and I had to go to the bank to get cash. The repair was fine, but that's not the kind of customer service is going to keep me coming back.

The repair work is beautiful. Thank you! I love that you have a shuttle to Enterprise and you can return rentals for us when the work is done. I wish I was aware of this partnership with Enterprise. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to let customers know about this before they drop off their car. Overall great job!
