Work was done efficiently. I was alos able to do the paperwork, and the pick up and drop off my rental car right there. They kept me informed along the way of the progress and situation of the repairs. Everyone was polite & friendly. I felt that everything went very smoothly. Completely satisfied.

Even though getting into a car accident is not a pleasant experience Southshore Collision makes getting your car repaired a seamless, pleasant experience. Their work is excellent and quick. Also, having Enterprise Rental right on their premises saves time & hassles. You don't need to worry about getting dropped off or picked up. Just swap your car for rental & vice versa when you pick up your car. The staff at both establishments are knowledgeable & friendly. Great job guys & gals!!

Everything was very satisfactory except for one problem. You do not accept American Express. For me that presents a major problem because that is the account to which I am supposed to charge the repairs. Even though your service was great, Had I known, I would have brought my vehicle elsewhere.
