From start to finish everything met or exceeded my expectations. Professional and courteous staff answered my questions, kept me informed of my car's status, expedited my car rental arrangements, and finished the work for delivery one day earlier than expected. The car looks brand new where the work was done. I'd definitely come back if necessary.

You shouldn't promise delivery of vehicle after repair if you cannot meet the deadline. And I had to call in a day after you assured me I would hear from you. Even if you're running behind you should communicate it in a timely manner and not leave your clients hanging.
