Every person I had contact with on the phone and in person was polite, friendly, professional, and considerate. It was a totally positive experience from dropping off the car to picking it up. The work was done well and the appearance of the vehicle was amazing, far exceeding any expectations. The service was simply outstanding.

I think one should be able to respond back to the texts. My car was not done and I got a text that is was. I tried to text back but no one responded.

you guys and Progressive (the Ins Com everything was run through) were great! I love the support that you gave me from start to finish. I don't know her name but your front office person gave me above and beyond service when I was looking for my rental to show up. She as well as the rest of the team were nothing short of terrific! I hope I never need your services again but if I do, I'm going to you guys as you did everything as good and better than expected. Give everybody credit here, I could't be happier with the results and I have the whole team to thank. From front to back....you guys are the best!

I really appreciate thw professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They really address every possible issues that may come up. The service was quick and gave me a good timeline. Very good with updates and even explained what they repairs they did on the car. I would recommend this shop to everyone! Really happy that progressive referred this place.
