Called consistently to update me on my car, which was great so it took the worry off of having to do it myself. Did a great job on repairing my car, as it looked brand new when I received it. Really trust J&C staff because they're real with me (no bs like some places I've gone to), they follow through with what they say, offer me drinks every time, and they are just really easy to talk to.

Dear JC Team:and Thank you for your amazing high level of customer service and a high quality of perfectionism. One comment we do have which is somewhat minor and most likely occurred during the wash...our center console drink holder is not right. It's a rubber insert with tabs to hold it in place and it's pulled out. Please tell us if you think the car can be examined. Again, thank you for great service. Best Regards- Sara H

Truck was supposed to be done on two days. It took three days. Which cost me a third day of car rental. As far as the work. The repairs were done very well.
