There is a chip in the windshield that occurred in the wreck that was not repaired. Also, I thought my car was supposed to be cleaned!!??!! There is still mud on the steering wheel and driver side door. There is also chewing tobacco on the driver side door. Cleanser spray that has not been wiped off is on my front passenger windshield and my back windshield was not wiped at all. You can see edges where the person attempted to half **** wipe some of the surfaces down. There is also a huge bug dead in the back windshield. The driver and passenger seats are filthy. Caked with the mud/dirt rain water from when my son wrecked my car and was in and out of the vehicle. My 8 year old niece could have done a better job with the cleaning. Dissatisfied with the cleaning altogether. The only reason I brought my car to you was because you are one of State Farm's preferred providers and you do a cleaning after the repairs. Now I'll have to spend and additional 40-50 maybe more just to get my care detailed the PROPER way. I'd be embarrassed to say your job was completed. Even the loaner car was in poor cleaning condition with pet hair all over it and cleansing spray on the windshield and I found documents from the previous owner in it. I'll be calling State Farm to let them know too.

All the people with whom I dealt were professional, patient and friendly. I appreciate the frequent updates via text messaging. At a gas station where I stopped on the way home, an employee asked what year it was and he was amazed with how good it looked. He even said it looked like it just drove off the showroom floor! I am also impressed with the efficiency of your operation--especially how you were electronically connected with USAA and Enterprise. Unfortunately I have had two collisions with a vehicle I lease from Riley. I have driven over 300 miles both times to have the collision center repair the damage and they have had the best customer service imaginable. Thank you!
