Beautiful work! Delivered in a timely fashion. The Boulder location needs more parking space I thought I was going to have a fender bender just parking at that location on Sterling Dr.

Overall I would recommend Abra. Great customer service. However one minor inconvenience was that I asked for a paint touch up to entire car with work. When they looked over car they even said they may need to buff out some of the scratches. When I arrived it was not done. I do not live in Boulder so car was not ready. That was disappointing as we all have very busy schedules. Also disappointing is that they did not complete the extra work for the scratches as mentioned. As well however nice it was to have inside of car cleaned. All my belongings were left in bags in the back of the car instead of put back and my washer fluid was layed sideways and spilled everywhere. However minor these may seem...it is the little things.

Unfortunately, the messages I received from Abra were contradictory. For instance, I received a voicemail on Friday morning saying it'd be likely my car would be done in the 'very near future' and that I'd receive a call Friday afternoon. No call. Then Monday morning I received a call stating my car would likely be done on Tuesday and I'd receive a call 'first thing Tuesday morning.' No call. I re-arranged my work schedule to be able to pick up the car Tuesday afternoon; I then called Abra a total of 4 times between 3pm and 5pm. No return to any of my calls. On my 4th call, I was told by ABRA staff at 5:05 that my car was ready (giving me only 20 minutes to make it over to the shop). Upon arrival, I asked if Abra staff could call Enterprise (3X); Enterprise was never called. The car looks great, I appreciate the mechanic's work. Thank you very much. The service/information provided via email/phone was completely contradictory and the follow up was terrible. Please take into consideration making improvements to your customer service for the next folks. Take good care.

They really went out of their way to ensure I got my auto back when I needed it but they didn't scrimp on workmanship or go with the cheapest parts. They were also very patient. Thanks Abraham!
