I thought the service people were very nice but upon coming to pick up my car, no one personally reviewed in detail all the work that was done in person - only on paper. Many other body shops will take the time to personally walk you around the car to show you all that was done - no one did so at Abra. Others also clean the inside of your car & vacuum, Abra did not. I got an email that my car was finished and someone would call me. No one ever called me. I eventually called them directly to see if indeed it was finished but then was asked if someone could call me back bc everyone was in a meeting. A bit irritated, I said no bc I'm trying to grab it before heading into work and Abra was on my way to my office. The employee sounded a bit irritated in response and rushed to get my papers in order. I understand they were busy & in meetings but I, the client, need to make sure I get to work on time and collect my car asap to avoid further rental car fees.

I was very grateful for the excellent and personal customer service I received from the staff at Abra. Attention to detail with kindness and professionalism were very evident in all of my dealings with Abra. Thank you

Abra was great

I picked my car up on Tues morning and drive it straight to work. After work I was putting some items in the back of my car and notice these white splash marks near the back driver side tire. There were also white dots all over the back gate of my car. I touched the substance and it was like glue. Upon further inspection this gunk was all underneath the right side of my car and in both wheel wells. I drove home and called your shop asking someone to call me back and let me know what this was as I knew I had not driven through anything to work. The gunk was even on the inside of the door panels which I had not even opened since picking up. I spent 2 hours scrubbing this stuff out from under my car and off the back gate to make sure that it would not ruin my paint job. In my message I had just asked to be called so I knew what this was and to know what would be done if it did not come off. I left this message 3 days ago and no one has bothered to call me back about it. This is pretty disappointing since it was not there when I dropped my car off and it's like it leaked out of somewhere. I understand that things happen an would have appreciated an explaination.
