I needed to have my passenger mirror replaced & painted on my Denali . I was searching for a reliable body shop that I could trust. After doing some research I chose ABRA in Boulder. I spoke with Dale on the phone & made a appointment . When I arrived Krista greeted me with a smile & asked how I could be helped. I told her that I had a appointment & I spoke with Dale. He looked at my truck and assured me they could make it look like brand new. Dale was very professional and kept me updated on the progress. It was done on time and the paint matches the factory color perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied with how the new mirror looks! Even Andrew the manager went out and cleaned my mirror for me. The entire shop was very professional & friendly! I will be telling all my friends to take their vehicles to ABRA in Boulder. They have a customer for life.

My clock and radio stations were changed dramatically. It's not a huge deal, but I found it kind of weird and inconvenient.

This is, I think my 4th time using Abra. My cars have always looked great. I will continue using Abra. Thank you for a great service!

Ask first before putting scent in the car. Especially if the repair is external. Otherwise excellent service

The car was not completely ready at the moment of pick up. Had I not noticed an couple of misalignments, they would not have been addressed. Otherwise, service was good, very personable. Needs more thorough inspection before telling customer it is completely ready, particularly due to customer's possibld time constraints at time of pick up. Very nice staff, very understanding, very helpful.
