There were at least five problems that were not fixed and possibly one problem that was created at Abra. The time quote was for four days and it took almost 3 weeks to get my car back and then to get it back to have no quality assurance no inspection of a number of items that I personally pointed out to your technicians is very very disconcerting. The vehicle overheats when driving uphill with the air conditioning on the air conditioning does not work as well as it Used to the high beams to not work correctly one of the highbeams is out there are at least two or three interior lights that are not working that should've been replaced And there is a dent small ding in the passenger side front door but I don't recall seeing on the car before I dropped it off at Abra Your staff was all very polite and nice but there is no way I should of gotten a vehicle back with this many problems after almost 3 weeks of leaving it with you It seems apparent that no one inspected the vehicle prior to releasing it to me and that is very disconcerting Furthermore I had to pay out-of-pocket for the rental car for a process that was very long and now I have to come back on Tuesday morning to get work done that should've been done right the first time i hope you'll do the right thing at least cover my rental expenses while the car is fixed properly since I'm already out of pocket almost 500 on rental car expenses to date I was told to bring the vehicle in Tuesday morning at 8 AM and a rental car would be waiting for me I called the rental car company and they say no reservation has been made so I reserved it in my name but I shouldn't have to I find it almost incomprehensible that with all the extra time you had my vehicle that no one bothered to check to see if these repairs were done correctly especially in light of the fact that I came in early and pointed them out individually item by item before I dropped the car off. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from your office would contact me on Monday morning after 8 AM to discuss this issue in its entirety not only to make the vehicle right but to make me right too

Everyone was so friendly and efficient! I dealt with Jackie, Brandy, Dale and Dan, and they were all great. The repair looks really good, and I can't see where the dent was - the paint job is very good.

Let me say that I wish I had taken my car to your shop first! Spradley Barr was reccomended by Progressive and believing they had a good reputation i decided ok. When I went to pick up my car when completed, I could visably tell my car had not been fixed right. And voiced my opinion, but Spradley Barr said thats all they were alowed to fix. So I told Progressive I was taking my car to the shop of my choice for re-examination/second opinion. As I suspected things were not done and fixed to the way it was prior to the accident. I am extremely satisfied with ABRA and the team. I only know two people by name who worked with us while my car was in your shop. And their names are Dan and Jeff. Extraordinary employees! I wish I knew everyone by name who worked on my car so that I can thank them as well and I hope you pass along this message to them letting them know how completely satisfied I am for all their hard work! My car is beautiful and it sounds great! Thank you so much for everything and I appreciated you keeping me informed each day by phone or text message! Some of which put a smile on my face! The car was fixed faster than I expected which was nice. The team worked well with my insurance company and the car rental company. They fixed an issue I had with my door that was fixed in previous claim They made it quick and easy to get my car fixed
