We were very impressed with the entire process, timing and quality of the work. The most fantastic part came after the car was ready. I was unable to pick it up so ABRA arranged to drive it to my house and drop it off. Unbelievable service! Can't recommend ABRA enough!!

They went above and beyond with helping me get Earlier at a different location. Communication was great all along!

JD went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to the the car I enjoy and take care of. I tell everyone I know how great Abra is and what a great job you do both in taking care of both the vehicles and the customer. My only complaint was with my car rental experience. My appointment was at 11 and my rental was supposed to be waiting. It took me 2 and a half hours to get back to work. I was picked up and driven to their office on Sante Fa. When I asked about my vehicle they said I can take the car I was given a ride to the office in. It smelled of smoke and the young man said to them, no, it needs cleaned because of the cigarette smell. I was offered a 2 wheel drive pickup or a Nissan Versa, what a choice! I was also pressured into their insurance plan. Not at all a good experience with Enterprise. At the Thornton office I was given a choice of two cars that were waiting for me at the time of my appointment. No pressure, no hassles. That needs to addressed with enterprise! Thanks JD! Great working with you and I appreciate him going out of his way to make things work and keeping my up to date.
