My experience with all staff people was extremely positive. They seemed to want to take very good care of customers. Joel was professional and pleasant. HOWEVER The repair done was to the lower part if my front bumper. Less than a week later it was hanging loose on one side and a portion of the grill was lost. I will be bringing it back in as soon as I can and trust it will be fixed more securely this time.

We were told after the fact that they repaired the bumper instead of replacing it because insurance would only cover a rebuilt used bumper. A phone call about this before doing the work should have been made. But we were satisfied with the repair.

22Jan2015 6:34 AM My name is Terrence McCain. I picked my 2005 Honda Accord up 21Jan near 4:45 PM. I did a quick visual inspection of my car(which was parked under the awning out front) noticing arun in the freshly painted trunklid, near the Honda"H" logo. Because the car had just been washed and had water beads on it i didnt continue looking over the car, i simoly wanted to get it home. Leaving your business just after 5 PM. As i turned onto Pacific Ave. and getting the car over 25 mph, the car started making a hesitant spurt as i maintained the 25 mph. Excellerating only made it worsen mostly, only allowing me to reach 45 mph once prior to making the left turn to my neighborhood. I am currently at home, after attempting to go to work and returning home because this issue still exsists. Missing valuable time i need to be at work. Prior to leaving my car to have the damage from the accident repaired, i continued to drive to work(JBLM) daily and had no problem with the mechanlcs of my car. i've notified my work of my issue and have been excused in hopes that i can deal with this issue and return to work. My first thot is to go to the place i picked up my car in hopes some light would be shed to get me back on the road. Your help would be grately appreciated. Other than the issues stated above, i have a problem with. Your front desk people from the time i first walked in were polite and eager to get things under way. The claims adjuster and the receptionist receive a "5 Star" rating in how i was greeted and taken care of. And i thank yu. Like i said, i am at home tel# ****-****-xxxx and would like to kno if there was anything you could share with me to get this issue fixed and me.back to work. Thank you Sincerely, Stuck at home

Good interactions with everyone that assisted me. The waiting room experience was great. It was nice to have a place I could work on my computer with Wi-Fi. The part replacement and cleaning was done well and quickly. Thank you. Kendra did a good job. She was very friendly and helpful. I have to admit I do know her socially. You hired a great gal. :-)
