The young people I dealt with were all very polite and helpful. The only problem I had was that the driver side seat was very dusty and had several spots more than when I left it there. The passenger side seat had a big dusty handprint on it. Please consider covering the upholstery so any dust the mechanics pick up isn't transferred inside when they are doing their checks/work. My Outlander looks great.

The crunched corner of my Honda CR-V was repaired
OK, but I was given my car back after 2
weeks in the shop with a radio that no longer
works and the wrong time flashing on the
dashboard. When I called the shop to ask how I
Could fix my radio that won't turn on, I was told that I
could bring it back to the shop. NO! I've done without my car for two
weeks (was told it might take 6 weeks to fix
the bumper) and you want me to give it up again so
you can fix what you broke. If I bring it back, I'I'll charge you the same hourly rate you charged me for the inconvenience. In the meantime, I'll warn friends and family to do business elsewhere. Call me very disappointed Ted.

Took way, way too long; I had to have a rental for 10 days which was very costly. Also they didn't buff my headlights or repair my center console as I had requested. Doubt I'll go back to that shop. Recall a better experience with the Service King on Broadway.
