Not only was I told the wrong date of my service when I called to confirm, a whole month late, nobody called me to see why I was not there. Then when I called on my whay there and was told I missed my appointment I was argued with by "Jules" and basically told I was the one in the wrong. Then, after finally getting my vehicle in and repaired, I pick it up to only find out that the passenger side front window was not required to the driver side control. So I call Jules back and have to deal with her not listening to me about when I can bring the car back and have them fix the issue. And the icing on the cake, "Service King" decided that my cargo net would look better in one of their cars than on mine. I found out last night when I went in to put in groceries that it was missing. I used to be a pro Service King person, even asked for them twice before. But this experience has ended that for me. No more.

Did not repair damaged windshield wiper fluid container. Filled it with fluid that ran out on garage floor. Will now have to take vehicle back for repair again and possibly get a rental car.
