Conrad and Randall were awesome. Explained the process very thoroughly. Always kept me in the loop and I didn’t have to wonder if my car was done. Was quoted 5-7 days before it would be ready but job was done in 4 days.

This was such a sressfee experience. Conrad was quick and informative. I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. The transition to a rental (Enterprise) was great as well. I was picked up and dropped off with minimal wait times. I hope to never NEED you again but should the situation arise, Service King at Thousand Oaks will be my first call. I will also recommend you to family and friends. Thank you for making what was a bad situation into a nice seemless fix.

I could’ve put my truck back together better than your team.. My hood is out of line, I missing a part to my review mirror, and my interior light fixture was not installed correctly. Conrad did a great job and has told me that I will get everything fixed, but I have to go back and waste my time to get my truck fixed again. Not happy

I had the pleasure of having George as my associate that worked with me. Right when I got there he greeted me listened to every question I had and he had answers to them all. He is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable man that I was very lucky to have been set up with. He went the extra mile of making sure that I wouldn’t ever feel left out. He communicated and explained to me all that they were doing. In my opinion your company is very lucky to have such a great team parter. I will be recommending George to any one that needs any automotive needs. I truly can’t put in words how thankful I am for the attention to detail and the way he made me feel comfortable by keeping me in the loop.
