They did what they said they were going to do and then some. They went Above and Beyond on repairing my car and I'm so grateful. It's hard to find good help these days and I'm so blessed and thankful that USAA recommended me to Service King.

All members of your service team did a great job communicating the status of the repairs. And when there was a problem with the accuracy of the automated notification system, they all did their best to make sure I had the correct information about the repairs on the car.

Chris was very good and kept me well informed, sadly there was a minor problem with a part that did not adhere properly. Service King and Chris were very apologetic and are ordering a new part. They have handled everything as a good service company should, but because it wasn't 100% the first time, I give them an A-.
