One stop shopping made this a very stress free experience. I was given a clear explanation of all services and the coordination with the rental car company was excellent. I was given regular updates and the vehicle was back to me one day earlier than promised. I did not lose any time at work and did not have to worry about how I was going to get there. The job was completed much faster than I expected. Communication was frequent and the staff is helpful. Two pieces of feedback on my pickup. First, there was a fairly large scratch which needed to be buffed out on one of the doors. Second, The Back-up Camera was not functioning and had to be fixed which they were able to do. One other note is I believe there are scratches on the rear bumper which were not there when I dropped the car off, but they are small enough that I will just fix it myself

From start to finish Service King took care of me. Even before they received my car they contacted me concerning the event and the contacted me almost daily with updates. I was completly blown away. When i picked up the car they let me know the had corrected some previous reair that was done by anther vender I had trusted
